Single Room Design Plan
AWG 250 per room or areaIncludes a first design, review, revised version, final review and final design for one defined area.
Full Lighting Design Plan

What does a Lighting Design Plan include?
Technical upgrades & specialist calculations
Technical work normally starts after the product proposal is approved, because final products, drivers, controls and mounting methods determine the technical solution.
Single Room Technical Upgrade
+ AWG 200 per room or areaTotal base price with a Single Room Design Plan: AWG 450. Additional engineering, visits and programming are quoted separately.
Project Technical Upgrade
+ AWG 275 up to 100 m²Above 100 m²: + AWG 2.75 per m² over the full agreed area.
LED Strip & Neon Engineering
AWG 10 per unit or connectionOne unit is one separately designed and documented connection point, driver connection or technical circuit segment.
Dialux Calculation
AWG 175 + AWG 3.50 per m²Includes the agreed lighting calculation, lux-level validation and professional calculation documentation.

Installation labor is charged according to the type of work performed.

Service, maintenance & troubleshooting
For preventive maintenance, technical investigation and corrective work.

How onsite billing works
A simple structure that makes the final invoice easy to understand.
Fixed preparation
AWG 35 per prepared installation workorder when planning and execution instructions are required.
Callout where applicable
AWG 35 per location, per calendar day—not per technician or return visit on the same day.
Labor per technician
Minimum 1 hour per technician, followed by 15-minute increments for the actual work category.
When does the AWG 35 callout fee apply?
Does not apply: standalone Project Site Assessment, office engineering, project guidance without execution, service-contract work, remote support and remote software/configuration.

Evening, weekend & holiday rates
The percentage applies to labor in every service category. Fixed fees, materials and rental costs are not increased.

Appointments, warranty & important conditions
Clear rules for schedule changes, access and after-sales support.
Cancellation or rescheduling
AWG 150 within 48 hoursCancellation or rescheduling more than 48 hours before the appointment is free. Within 48 hours, or in case of a no-show or no access, AWG 150 applies. No separate callout fee is charged.
Installation labor warranty
6 monthsFor installation performed by Ecoled. With a valid claim caused by Ecoled's installation, repair labor and the callout fee are waived during the first 6 months after completion.
Product warranty
2 years standardSubject to the applicable product warranty. Labor is not automatically included after the 6-month installation-labor warranty.
Customer or third-party changes
BillableMisuse, damage, customer changes, third-party work, new scope and work outside the original assignment or warranty are billable.
