Choose the service that matches your project phase. We define the deliverables before work begins and request approval before carrying out additional work.

Good to know: All published rates are in AWG and include applicable tax. Onsite labor is charged per technician, with a minimum of 1 hour per technician. After the first hour, time is billed in 15-minute increments.

Basic Lighting Concept

Included: 1 base hour + 1 hour per AWG 10,000 product value

Provides global fixture positions, basic zones and visual support for a qualifying Ecoled product quote.

Single Room Design Plan

AWG 250 per room or area

Includes a first design, review, revised version, final review and final design for one defined area.

Full Lighting Design Plan

AWG 475 up to 100 m²

For larger or multi-room projects. Above 100 m²: AWG 4.75 per m² over the full agreed area.

What does a Lighting Design Plan include?

Fixture positions, basic zones, product direction, first design, review, adjusted design and final plan. Electrical drawings, cable routes, calculations, installation, programming, commissioning and as-built documentation are excluded unless included in the approved scope.

Important: A Basic Lighting Concept is intended only to explain a product quote. It is not an electrical, installation or construction drawing and must not be used for execution.

Technical upgrades & specialist calculations

Technical work normally starts after the product proposal is approved, because final products, drivers, controls and mounting methods determine the technical solution.

Single Room Technical Upgrade

+ AWG 200 per room or area

Total base price with a Single Room Design Plan: AWG 450. Additional engineering, visits and programming are quoted separately.

Project Technical Upgrade

+ AWG 275 up to 100 m²

Above 100 m²: + AWG 2.75 per m² over the full agreed area.

LED Strip & Neon Engineering

AWG 10 per unit or connection

One unit is one separately designed and documented connection point, driver connection or technical circuit segment.

Dialux Calculation

AWG 175 + AWG 3.50 per m²

Includes the agreed lighting calculation, lux-level validation and professional calculation documentation.

Technical Upgrade content is defined per scope and may include product references, electrical preparation, cable and power indications, controls and wiring schematics. Installation, programming, visits, as-built work, inspections and certification are excluded unless quoted.

Professional project services

Separate services for assessment, coordination, revisions and final documentation.

Engineering / Extra Revisions	AWG 105 / hour	Technical elaboration or customer-requested changes after the final design.
As-Built Documentation	AWG 105 / hour	Documents the installation as it was actually completed.
Project Guide & Coordination	AWG 125 / hour	Coordination with the customer, architect, contractor or electrician. No callout fee when no execution is performed.
Software Programming / Configuration	Priced per scope	Casambi, DALI, scenes, groups, timers, sensors, apps, testing, commissioning and handover.

A standalone Site Assessment remains billable and is not automatically credited against a later installation. If execution or installation is performed, the applicable execution rate and callout fee apply.

Possible design credit

An eligible base design fee may be credited against an approved Ecoled product order up to 5% of its value, but not together with a product discount. Add-ons and site services are excluded. The approved quotation is decisive.

Installation services

Installation labor is charged according to the type of work performed.

Smart Home / Domotics Installation	AWG 125 / hour	Hubs, sensors, controllers, integrations and complex smart systems.

Service, maintenance & troubleshooting

For preventive maintenance, technical investigation and corrective work.

Fault / Troubleshooting	AWG 125 / hour	Diagnostics when the cause of a fault or technical problem is not yet known.

Service Contract Visit	AWG 45 / hour	Work that falls within the scope of an active service or maintenance contract. No callout fee.
Remote Support	AWG 35 / 15 minutes	Remote login for assistance, diagnostics or adjustment. General phone assistance without remote login is currently not charged.

How onsite billing works

A simple structure that makes the final invoice easy to understand.

Fixed preparation

AWG 35 per prepared installation workorder when planning and execution instructions are required.

Callout where applicable

AWG 35 per location, per calendar day—not per technician or return visit on the same day.

Labor per technician

Minimum 1 hour per technician, followed by 15-minute increments for the actual work category.

Example: Two technicians onsite for 45 minutes are billed as 2 × 1 hour. Time starts on arrival and includes onsite loading, execution, testing and completion.

When does the AWG 35 callout fee apply?

Applies: installation, onsite service and maintenance outside a service contract, troubleshooting, corrective work and onsite software/configuration.
Does not apply: standalone Project Site Assessment, office engineering, project guidance without execution, service-contract work, remote support and remote software/configuration.

How are mixed activities registered?

Work is normally registered and billed by the actual service category. For closely related activities, the team may use one appropriate general work category. Additional work outside the agreed scope requires customer approval.

What is excluded from labor rates?

All products and materials, cables, mounting items, transport resources, parking, permits, third-party work, rental equipment, ladders, lifts and aerial work platforms are excluded unless expressly included in the quotation.

Evening, weekend & holiday rates

The percentage applies to labor in every service category. Fixed fees, materials and rental costs are not increased.

Surcharges are not combined. When more than one period applies, only the highest applicable percentage is used. The applicable rate always applies to work performed during that period, including work that continues beyond 20:00.

Appointments, warranty & important conditions

Clear rules for schedule changes, access and after-sales support.

Cancellation or rescheduling

AWG 150 within 48 hours

Cancellation or rescheduling more than 48 hours before the appointment is free. Within 48 hours, or in case of a no-show or no access, AWG 150 applies. No separate callout fee is charged.

Installation labor warranty

6 months

For installation performed by Ecoled. With a valid claim caused by Ecoled's installation, repair labor and the callout fee are waived during the first 6 months after completion.

Product warranty

2 years standard

Subject to the applicable product warranty. Labor is not automatically included after the 6-month installation-labor warranty.

Customer or third-party changes

Billable

Misuse, damage, customer changes, third-party work, new scope and work outside the original assignment or warranty are billable.

The final price depends on the approved scope, project area, technical complexity, available information and required deliverables. The price and conditions in Ecoled's valid quotation are decisive.
